This process is to put the combined tool string of "small caliber connector + long column plug sand prevention pump + plug under the pump" into the pressure test pipe at one time. The process first relies on the long plunger placed outside the pump barrel to "close" the pump port, so that the impurities and foreign matters falling from the oil pipe slide into the annular grit chamber of the sand control pump, and then relies on the plug under the pump to "block" the fixed valve to prevent the suspended mud and sand dirt in the wellbore from returning to the pump barrel, so as to achieve the purpose of sealing the inlet and outlet of the downhole pump up and down as a whole
this process technology will become a bottom-up measure to ensure the qualified completion of the lifting string in a single pressure test under adverse downhole conditions, and become the "last barrier" to ensure the normal operation of the downhole pump at low cost.
